Diabetes Educator LaRue Palmer visited KTLA 5 News at 11am with Lu Parker and Glen Walker to share tips on how to eat healthier on Thanksgiving. He specifically had tips for those with Type 2 Diabetes.
LaRue Palmer is a career chef, having most recently cooked for Elon Musk at SpaceX. Tasked with opening a brand new restaurant in the rocket factory, SpaceX became a literal laboratory for studying how people make poor choices in food and lifestyle that lead directly to poor and declining health.
He has since launched his own brand as a certified diabetes educator and coach, using integrative nutrition health coaching as his weapon of choice to combat the looming epidemic of type 2 diabetes in America.
